The Arab League shocked not invited to the meeting on Libya in Paris

The spokesman of the League of Arab States, Mahmoud Afifi, can hardly believe that the pan-Arab Organization is not invited to the meeting convened by the French Government on the Libyan crisis, and scheduled on Monday in Paris.

Resolving the Libyan crisis is and remains a top priority for the League of Arab States, Mr. Afifi added.

He recalled, in this regard, that the Arab Ministers of Foreign Affairs have confirmed again this priority during their meeting in Cairo, on September 8, and during the consultative meeting held by the ministers in the margins of the UN General Assembly in New York, on September 21.
