Creative Arts Workshops for Kids hosts its 3rd annual benefit

Creative Arts Workshops for Kids recognized several individuals for their contributions to the organization and its mission to improve the lives of underserved youth in Harlem and northern Manhattan at its third annual benefit held in Manhattan, on April 24, 2012.

Organization president Andrew Levin and CAW executive director Brian Ricklin were on hand to honor Peter J. Passidomo, chief clerk of New York City Family Court; Thomas G. Lunke, director of Planning and Development for the Harlem Community Development Corporation; Paul Amrich, vice chairman, New York Tri State Region of CBRE real estate services firm; and Grammy Award-winning performer J.IVY.

The 26-year-old creative arts organization offers free Saturday and after-school workshops, and full-time summer jobs. For more information, visit caw4kids.org.
