Senegalese Chef Pierre Thiam launches Fonio Cookbook at the Africa Center in Harlem

Senegalese Chef Pierre Thiam, also author and co-owner of Teranga Restaurant launched his latest book The Fonio Cookbook on November 3, 2019 at the Africa Center in Harlem.

Fonio, an ancient grain that grows in the Sahel region of West Africa and cooks in only five minutes can, according to Chef Pierre Thiam, change the world.
