Two Black-owned newspapers, The NY Christian Times and New York Carib News along with Faith over Politics, a coalition of citywide clergy leaders and organizations gathered on the corner of Chambers and Greenwich street, on June 18, 2021, to hold a rally and officially endorse mayoral candidate Eric Adams.

The NY Christian Times’ publisher Rev. Dennis Dillon and Rev. Sean Edwards hosted the event.
