NYS Assembly member Al Taylor honored five Harlem Unsung Heroes during his 2nd Annual Black History Month Celebration held on February 20, 2020 at the Harlem State Office Building.

Assembly member Taylor honored: Clayton Banks, Co-Founder and CEO of Silicon Harlem; Diane Blackwell, President of the Frederick Samuel Resident Association; Jackie Rowe Adams, Co-Founder of Harlem Mothers S.A.V.E.; Keith Lilly, District Leader, and Malcolm Punter, President & CEO of HCCI.
