NYC Comptroller Scott Stringer hosted Trailblazers, a Black history month celebration that honored Courtney Bennett, Executive Director, 100 Black Men of America, Inc. Cicely Harris, Chair, Community Board 10 and Candis Tolliver, Deputy Political Director, SEIU 32 BJ. The celebration was held on February 5, 2018 at the Alhambra Ballroom in Harlem.
