Bamako, Mali – Mali’s new President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita has appointed Toumani Djime Diallo as the Secretary General in the Presidency, a government statement issued here Tuesday said.
Diallo will be assisted by Seydou Nourou Keita, a civil service official.
President Keita also named the spokesman of his electoral campaign, Mr. Mamadou Camara, as the presidency’s Private Secretary.
