Harlem Holiday Lighting kicks off holiday season

The holiday season kicked off with the Harlem Holiday Lighting on November 20, 2019.

From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. several businesses along 125^th street participated in the festivities.

Manhattan borough president Gale Brewer hosted a VIP reception at her northern Manhattan office before the parade of lights began on 125^th street and Morningside with two of this year’s Grand Marshals Laiona Michele and Leah Abraham.
