H.E. George Monyemangene hosted at the Consulate General of South Africa, in New York, the official launch of the Nelson Mandela Digital Archive on March 27, 2012, a few hours after Johannesburg. The Nelson Mandela Digital Archive project is an initiative by the Nelson Mandela Centre of Memory and the Google Cultural Institute to create a new online multimedia archive documenting different parts of Mandela’s life and work.
