Lomé, Togo – Some 350,000 visitors, including 900 exhibitors, are expected at the 11th edition of the international trade fair of Lomé, the Togolese capital, running from 29 Nov. to 16 Dec., Fair Managers at the Togolese exhibition and fair centre (CETEF) told PANA Tuesday.
The exhibitors are from 25 countries, the managers said.
Last year, 800 exhibitors from 20 countries featured at the fair which was attended by 30,000 visitors.
Meanwhile, the trade fair site has been given a face lift with the four pavilions of about 6,000 square metres each, a semi-covered shopping area of 32,000 square metres, as well as an interior space of 27,000 square metres, all looking ready for the event.
The international fair of Lomé, which became annual event not long ago, will provide the platform for foreign participants and Togolese businessmen to develop business ties.
