New York City Emergency Management Department Commissioner Joseph Esposito explains what immigrant New Yorkers need to do in case of an emergency during a breakfast hosted by the department for immigrant community leaders at its headquarters in Brooklyn.

The breakfast included presentations by NYC Emergency Management, NYPD, FDNY, the American Red Cross, and the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs on immigrant access and rights during emergencies.
