USCIS will start accepting requests for DACA expansion on February 18

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the government agency that oversees lawful immigration to the United States, will start accepting requests under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA) expansion on February 18, 2015.

DACA will allow the eligible applicant to stay in the United States temporarily without fear of deportation and be considered for employment authorization for a three-year period.
