The Door of our Return Foundation hosts breakfast on Africa, Africans in America and the 400-year journey

The Door of our Return Foundation hosted a community stakeholders breakfast Forum on Africa, Africans in America and the 400-year journey at the Thomasina’s Catering Hall in Queens on August 6, 2019.

Speakers included Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams, Reverend Evelyn Manns, NY State Senator James Sanders, South African Ambassador Xolisa Mabhongo, Consul General of Ghana Samuel K Amoako and Christian Times publisher Rev. Dennis Dillon.

The foundation linking African resources with African Americans is organizing a trip to the four African nations Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa in November.
