The Black Academic Excellence marches for more funding for Black students and an end to school-to-prison pipeline

The Black Academic Excellence, a local group based in Harlem advocating for more funding for Black students and for the disruption of the school-to-prison pipeline, held a march and rally on July 5, 2020 in Harlem.

The march started on 124th and St Nicholas Ave and ended at the Saint Nicholas Park and 135th St., where community members and artists took the mic to advocate for students.
