The 47th Annual HARLEM WEEK, an eight-day live and virtual event celebrating the best of Harlem launched this year on August 6, 2021 with landmark events including Senior Citizens Day, Great Jazz on the Great Hill, “A Great Day in Harlem” and more.
Harlem Week, under the theme “Rebirth, Rebuild, Rejoice,” honored the memory this year of actors Cicely Tyson and Chadwick Boseman, and of former NYC Mayor David Dinkins.
