Senator Cordell Cleare hosts panel on housing at Barnard College

On November 29, 2022, Senator Cordell Cleare hosted a panel discussion on intersectionality of housing and race, which followed a tour of the Redlining Exhibit held at Barnard College.

Panelists included David R. Jones, President of Community Service Society; Jumaane Williams, NYC Public Advocate; Mary Rocco, Director of Engaged Scholarship, Community Engagement and Inclusion/Urban Studies at Barnard College; Miriam Neptune, Senior Associate Directo at Barnard College; April De Simone, Co-Founder of Designing the We/“Undesign the Redline”; Barika X. Williams, Executive Director of ANHD; Dr. Kevin McGruder, Associate Professor of History | Antioch College; and Senior Pastor Dedrich L. Blue, Interfaith Commission On Housing.
