The on and off rain did not deter the masqueraders of the 52nd West Indian American Day Carnival Parade. More than 20 adult bands competed during the biggest celebration of Caribbean Heritage and Culture in New York, which took place on September 2, 2019 on Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn.
