New York City Comptroller John C. Liu hosted a Women’s History Month celebration at the Emigrant Bank Building on March 12, 2013.
The mayoral candidate who announced his candidacy on the steps of City Hall the same week, honored Elizabeth Holtzman, Blondel Pinnock, Amy Mak Chan, Elsia Vasquez and Rev. Dr. Terry Troia.
