Jury finds two NYPD officers involved in Mohamed Bah’s death liable

Hawa Bah, the mother of Mohamed Bah killed by the NYPD in 2012 and Civil Rights attorney Randolph McLaughlin spoke to the press on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 after jury gave its verdict finding two NYPD officers liable ; officer Edwin Mateo for excessive use of force, and supervisor Lt. Michael Licitra, for failing to properly supervise Mateo. After a week of trial, the Bah family was awarded a 2.2 million settlement.
