The Greater Harlem Coalition invited Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennanto to discuss the impact of the 2020 New York State Bail Reform on the Central Harlem Community, at their meeting held on February 27, 2020 at the Ascension Presbyterian Church.
The Greater Harlem Coalition is a grassroots gathering of more than 20 existing neighborhood-based Harlem and East Harlem resident associations, businesses, and faith-based organizations, “united to heal Harlem and promote the fair share distribution of addiction and substance abuse programs throughout all New York City boroughs.”
