Ghanaian community says final goodbye to Emmanuel Owusu Mensah

On February 17, 2018, members of the Ghanaian community held a Memorial Service for Emmanuel Owusu Mensah, an American soldier of Ghanain descent who died on December 28, 2017 rescuing neighbors from a fire. Emmanuel Owusu Mensah was 26.
