Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer honors community organizations at Winterfest VIP reception in Harlem

Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer hosted a Winterfest VIP reception to kick-off Harlem holiday lights and honor community organizations at her uptown office in Harlem on November 16, 2021.

The outgoing Borough President honored World Money, Harlem Girls Quilting Circle, and the Gadson Gallery.

The next Manhattan borough president Mark Levine and other officials, including State Senator Robert Jackson, Assemblywoman Inez Dickens, Assemblyman Al Taylor, NAACP NY Chapter President Hazel Dukes, New York Urban League President Arva Rice, and Judge Machelle Sweeting attended the event.
