Eric Adams will be New York’s second Black mayor

It was Eric Adams’ dream to become the Mayor of New York City. That dream became a reality on November 2nd, 2021, when New Yorkers overwhelmingly voted to elect Adams as the 110th mayor and only the 2nd Black mayor of the most “progressive” city in America.
