Congressman Jose E. Serrano representing the 15th District of New York will host the 3rd Annual African Heritage Celebration on October 27, 2016 at The Bronx Museum of the Arts.
The evening will feature local entertainment and honor local groups and community leaders doing great work in the Bronx where the largest numbers of Africans reside.
