Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer hosted the annual Iftar dinner for the Muslim community on July 31, 2012 at the Malcolm X and Dr. Betty Shabazz Memorial and Educational Center in upper Manhattan.
The breaking the fast event honored one organization and three individuals: The Muslim American Civil liberties Coalition, Imam Talib Abdur Rashid, Senator Bill Perkins and Amna Akbar, Esq.
