The African Leadership Project, African Communities Together, African Services, and Sauti Yetu have invited five of the 12 New York’s 13th Congressional District candidates for a town hall meeting with the African community today, June 2, 2016 at the Bronx Museum of the Arts.
The candidates invited include Assemblyman Keith Wright, Senator Adriano Espaillat, Assemblyman Adam Clayton IV, Hon. Suzanne Cook, and Mr. Clyde Williams.
The meeting starting at 6pm will be an opportunity for members of the African community to meet the candidates looking to replace Congressman Charles Rangel and discuss issues important to them.
