Women in the Black, a Harlem-based nonprofit organization helping women start, build, lead and grow their businesses, held its annual Who’s the Boss Conference under the theme “Reset” on June 16, 2022, at the Alhambra Ballroom.
The conference, which included workshops on social media, real estate, finance, culture, a celebration circle, and a small business lounge, was organized to help women entrepreneurs stabilize and increase their income.
Jessica Spaulding, the founder of the Harlem Chocolate Factory, was the keynote speaker.
