The Tigray Community in the Tri-State Area will host on June 13, National Children’s Day, a run and march through Harlem to demand peace for the children of Tigray caught in the middle of a conflict between the Ethiopian government and the State of Trigray, which started in November 2020.
According to the group Tigrayan children are facing rape and famine because of the conflict that has lasted more than 200 days.
