On November 9, 2024, the Marcus Garvey Park Alliance, in collaboration with The Soapbox Presents, Harlem Night Market, and other organizations, hosted an afternoon of live music and spoken word at the Acropolis in Marcus Garvey Park. The event aimed to provide comfort and inspiration to Harlemites following the recent Democratic loss in the presidential elections.
The lineup of performers included JSWISS, Jonathan Michel, Charles Goold, Flavio Silva, Luke Carlos O’Reilly, Jive Poetic, La Digga, Mal Mero, Roya Marsh, and DJ Rellyrell.
