New York Council Member Laurie A. Cumbo, chair of the Committee on Women’s Issues and member of the Cultural Affairs Committee, will continue her seven-part series of community conversations on Wednesday, with a thorough overview of “How to Apply for City Council Funding” for nonprofit organizations and cultural institutions.
All interested applicants must submit their requests to Department of Cultural Affairs by February 13, 2017 and the City Council by February 21, 2017.
The guest presenter is Leora Estersohn, Managing Director of The NonProfit HelpDesk. The workshop will be immediately followed by a Q&A.
