Nigerian professionals, academicians, entrepreneurs, and government officials will discuss Nigeria’s education and security challenges, present leadership issues and ways the Diaspora can contribute to the country’s economic growth at the 5th Annual Nigerian Leadership Summit held on Saturday, August 9th, 2014, at the Step Out Center, in Manhattan.
Titled: “Education and Security: A driving force for Africa’s socio-economic development”, the gathering will focus among other topics on education, the Boko Haram insurgency, and militancy within the Niger-Delta region.
The “Nigerian Excellence Awards”, a closing dinner celebrating distinguished Nigerians who have excelled in their profession and are actively involved in youth empowerment will round of the summit.
