The New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce hosted its New York Women of Excellence Awards on September 14, 2018 in Manhattan.
The not-for-profit organization dedicated to assisting women and other disadvantaged minorities achieve success and economic independence honored April Horton, Avis Yates rivers, Colleen Galvin, Connie Delaigle, Elizabeth Velez, Lili Gil Valetta, Marisol Alcantara, Maureen Murphy Arini, Sandra L. Richards, Suzanne Veira, Michael Garner, The Coca Cola Company and Harlem Community Development Corporation.
The organization’s current president is Quenia Abreu.
