The series’ main character is Ozobio, a Nigerian banker living in the U.S. who one day gets a surprise guest from Nigeria – his uncle, Chief Anabaraonye Akaekpuchionwa. The uncle came to deliver “the wife” that his family wants him to marry in order to keep his lineage back in Nigeria, but the problem is Ozobio is already engaged to a Chinese-American.

Ozobio tries to keep his life on track while his uncle works hard to make sure that Ozobio will keep his Nigerian culture alive.
