The Mayor’s Office of M/WBEs hosted a networking reception in Albany during the New York State Association of Black and Puerto Rican Legislators’ 48th Annual Legislative Conference to discuss goals, achievements, and future of M/WBEs in New York City.
City and State officials Deputy Mayor J. Phillip Thompson, Senior Advisor and Director of the Mayor’s Office of M/WBEs Jonnel Doris, NYC Department of Small Business Services Commissioner Gregg Bishop, Assembly Member and M/WBE Subcommittee Chair Rodneyse Bichotte were the main speakers of the event held on February 16, 2019 in Albany.
