Election day for Democratic Nominee for NY State Senate Cordell Cleare started at 6:30 a.m., a few blocks from her home, at Wadleigh High School, the first of the ten polling sites she visited that day to encourage District 30 residents to vote for her.
The day ended at her campaign headquarters in Harlem with a party celebrating her victory, and 20 plus years of activism in the community.
