Actress, screenwriter and executive producer Ebbe Bassey hosted a private screening of her second short film Saving Father on April 8, 2017 in Manhattan.
Saving Father is a short narrative film about a daughter trying to convince her widowed and actively dating father to take an HIV test.
Alarmed by the rising number of new HIV cases among senior citizens, Bassey tries through Saving Father to bring attention to how HIV/AIDS is affecting them.
A Q&A with cast members including Ebbe Bassey, Robert Tyler, Donna Ross and producer Craig T. Williams followed the screening.
