Mayor Bill de Blasio and First Lady Chirlane McCray hosted a West Indian and Caribbean American Heritage Reception honoring American radio personnality Angela Yee at Gracie Mansion on August 28, 2018.
Angela Yee who is from the mountainous Carribbean island of Montserrat was also named that evening ambassador for the New York Public Library.
